If your item does not meet the trade-in requirements, it will not be eligible for credit.
If an Item Is Not Accepted
If your item is not accepted during the verification process:
You will not receive trade-in credit for that item.
The item will not be returned to you.
What Happens to the Item
Items that are not accepted will be donated on your behalf.
