Trade-Ins by Mail
Once your items arrive at the warehouse, they will be reviewed and verified by the team.
Processing typically takes about 10 business days from the time your items are received.
After verification, you will receive an email with your gift card to use toward your next M.M.LaFleur purchase.
In-Store Trade-Ins
If you complete your trade-in in person at a store:
A store associate will review and verify your items while you are present.
Your gift card will be emailed to you immediately after the trade-in is completed.
