Once an item has been sold on M.M. Second Act, sales are generally expected to be fulfilled. However, sellers may need to cancel in certain situations.
When You Can Cancel a Sale
If you are unable to complete the sale, you can cancel if:
- You no longer have the item, or
- You are unable to ship within the required timeframe
How to Cancel
If you need to cancel a sale, you can:
- Cancel directly through your seller portal, or
- Contact the M.M. Second Act support team for assistance
Important
We encourage sellers to cancel as soon as possible if they cannot fulfill an order, to ensure a smooth experience for buyers.
Frequent cancellations may impact your ability to continue selling on the platform.
