Once your item sells on M.M. Second Act, you’ll be responsible for preparing and shipping it to the buyer. Taking a few extra steps helps ensure the buyer has a great experience.
Step 1: Clean the Item
Before shipping your item, make sure it’s clean and ready to wear.
Clothing: Ensure it is freshly laundered
Shoes and bags: Wipe or clean them so they arrive in good condition
Step 2: Check Pockets and Compartments
Before packing your item, double-check that:
All pockets and compartments are empty
No personal items are left inside bags or garments
Step 3: Add a Personal Touch (Optional)
Many sellers like to include a short thank-you note for the buyer. While optional, this can make the experience feel more personal and thoughtful.
Step 4: Package Your Item
Carefully package the item so it is protected during shipping and arrives safely.
