What Happens If My Item Is Damaged?

If the item you receive is damaged or not in the condition described in the listing, you may be eligible for a refund.

Step 1: Contact Support Within 3 Days

You must contact the M.M. Second Act customer support team within 3 days of receiving your item to report the issue.

When submitting your request, please:

  • Describe the issue

  • Provide photos showing the damage or discrepancy

Step 2: Verification

Our team will review the information and photos you provide. If we determine that the item was misrepresented in the listing, we will proceed with a return.

Step 3: Return the Item

If your claim is approved:

  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email

  • You will have 6 full business days to ship the item back

Step 4: Refund

Once the return is completed, you will receive a full refund.

Important

Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery may not be eligible for review, so we recommend inspecting your item as soon as it arrives.
