You must contact the M.M. Second Act customer support team within 3 days of receiving your item to report the issue.
When submitting your request, please:

Provide photos showing the damage or discrepancy
Step 2: Verification
Our team will review the information and photos you provide. If we determine that the item was misrepresented in the listing, we will proceed with a return.
Step 3: Return the Item
If your claim is approved:
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email
You will have 6 full business days to ship the item back
Step 4: Refund
Once the return is completed, you will receive a full refund.
